stakeholder conversation
Use the following form to capture insights from the discussion with a key stakeholder / board member / key staff member to help with preparing for the Background Briefing Document.
Read From Here:
Hey, before we jump into the survey, I just want to give you a quick heads‑up about what it’s all about and what to expect.
You’re being invited to take part because you’re an important stakeholder in this project, and I really value your perspective. We’re putting together a new Strategic Plan, and your insights will help shape where things go from here — both the current picture and what the future could look like.
A couple of things to know so you’re all set:
• Every question asks for a written response, but don’t stress — you can be as brief or as detailed as you like.
• Depending on how much you want to share, it usually takes anywhere from about 20 minutes to an hour to work through.
• Once the survey’s in, our team will pull everything together, analyse the themes, and summarise the findings. We make sure no individual responses are identifiable, so everything stays anonymous.
• If anything you write needs a quick clarification, someone from my team may give you a call or send a message just to make sure we’ve captured things correctly.
• And of course, if you have any questions along the way, you can always reach out to me directly at adam@vdp.com.au.
Thanks again — your input really does make a difference
Strategic Planning Input Form
Alright, that’s everything from me for now — thank you so much for taking the time to share all of that. Your insights are incredibly valuable, and they really do help shape the direction of this work.
Our team will pull together everyone’s responses, look for the big themes, and build that into the Strategic Plan. If anything you’ve shared needs a quick follow‑up, either I or someone from the team may reach out just to make sure we’ve captured your thoughts accurately.
Otherwise, you’re all done. Thanks again — I really appreciate your input and the thought you’ve put into this.
