START 2024 RIGHT!

We often set New Year’s Resolutions for personal goals and transformation, but what about our small businesses that affect our lives, the lives of those that work with us and our customers?

To help you set a strong plan for 2024 and reflect on the past performance, work with experienced mentors from The van Diemen Project and our wider network in a 2.5hr workshop where we will;

•  Review your financial performance, operations, staffing and marketing for 2023 to consider what worked well and what caused challenges,
• Set goals and targets for 2024 that you can strive for, underpinned with the confidence and support that our team can provide to help you succeed, and
• Help answer any questions that you have about running your business and integrating digital solutions to be more efficient in 2024.

All of this is available for only $44 (inc GST) for the first 44 Tasmanian businesses that sign up. This is supported through the Digital Solutions Program, which is an initiative of the Australian Government and helps to support offerings like this to help small businesses thrive.

To be eligible for this offer, you must;

• Have your business based in Tasmania,
• Employ less than 20 full time equivalent employees, and
• Be a for-profit entity.
