Growth Circles

Business growth isn’t meant to happen in isolation. At The van Diemen Project, we’ve created Growth Circles as a structured way to grow — without doing it alone.

Growth Circles are a membership experience for business owners and leaders who want more than one‑off advice. When you join a Growth Circle, you step into The Maetsuyker Collective – a way of working that combines consistent support, trusted relationships, and a clear rhythm of connection. This structure helps you work through real challenges, make better decisions, and embed change over time.

Whether you’re leading a small business, social enterprise, or community organisation, Growth Circles create the space to grow with purpose, impact, and long‑term sustainability — alongside others who understand the realities of leadership.

Better Business Happens Together

Growth Circles bring people together regularly — face‑to‑face, online, and one‑on‑one — creating the conditions for meaningful progress that lasts.

Delivered as Maetsuyker Collectives with the support of The van Diemen Project, members benefit from shared experience, structured check‑ins, and access to a broader network. This ensures growth is values‑led, impact‑focused, and aligned with a better way of doing business.

This is not about quick fixes or surface‑level networking.

It’s about setting a higher standard – and having the structure, support, and accountability to live up to it.

Better Business Happens Together

The Maetsuyker Collectives are built on a simple belief: better outcomes don’t happen by accident.

They are supported by:

  • Structure
  • Shared standards
  • Collective responsibility

Growth Circles are a commitment to doing business better — strengthening how you operate, growing with intention, and creating value for your business, your people, and the wider community.

Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure depth of connection and meaningful engagement.

For those seeking more tailored support, individual coaching options are also available through The van Diemen Project.

What’s Involved in Growth Circles?

Growth Circles are designed to support leaders through an ongoing, intentional rhythm of connection and reflection.
