Your EOI has already been approved, which means there’s a really solid foundation to build on. You’ve clearly put some thought into your project and where you’d like to go, so this next step is about taking that thinking and starting to shape it into something clear, practical, and ready to move.

This form is just about giving us a bit more context around where things are currently sitting. There’s no need to have everything fully figured out – just share what you know so far, and we’ll work through the rest together.

It should only take a few minutes to complete. Towards the end, we’ll also ask for a rough sense of when it usually suits you best to connect, so we can line things up in a way that works for you.

Once it’s submitted, we’ll review what you’ve shared and come back to you within two business days to lock in a time to talk it through.

Preparing for the Project Plan

As you all know, this is a two step process, and we want to offer support to help fill in the gaps in preparing a project plan for the funding to be awarded. This is not meant to be a difficult process, but we want to put the right foundations under your project (and assist where it is needed) to then see it succeed. The following questions build on and around your EOI application, and help us move towards developing your project plan.
How do you expect this will be delivered?
Do you already have a supplier in mind (and are they Hobart LGA‑based)?
This is not to be negative, but to be clear about these things up front for when we develop the plan further.

    Availability for Project Plan Session

    As outlined through the process, we are here to help you out - and for this, Adam Mostogl from The van Diemen Project will meet with you to share the Project Plan template for you to prepare your plan. While some of you might be comfortable with doing this, we are here to help you through this - so we're eager to schedule a meeting for up to an hour to work through your project, help refine it to help your business make the most of the program, and get ready for the approval and delivery of your project.
